Is DualHelm a remote-first managed provider?
DualHelm is a remote-first managed provider. We handle your cloud, identities, security and endpoints from anywhere. Physical hardware repairs and cabling are handled separately as scheduled project work.
Can DualHelm support us without replacing our internal IT team?
Yes. DualHelm can support an existing internal team, cover a specific technical area, assist with a project or provide additional administration when internal capacity is limited.
Do you offer one-off projects?
Yes. Cloud migrations, Microsoft 365 tenant setups, security overhauls, MDM rollouts and other defined projects can be delivered without a monthly retainer. Reactive consumer-style break/fix support is not offered.
Can you review our existing Microsoft 365 security?
Yes. A review can cover identity and access controls, MFA, privileged roles, Exchange Online protection, Microsoft Defender configuration, sharing settings and other relevant controls.
Do you support both Windows and Linux servers?
Yes. Support can include setup, maintenance, patching, troubleshooting and documentation for Windows and Linux server environments.
What is included in monthly IT health reporting?
Reporting can include completed work, identity and access observations, endpoint or patch compliance, backup status, security risks, infrastructure issues and recommended next actions.
